REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY
We accept refunds and exchanges up to 30 days from the date of purchase.
To request a return or refund, please contact the Healing Gardens Medicinal store at (970)472-6802, to assure that your request is processed as soon as possible. Once your return or exchange has been confirmed, please return it to 315 Canyon Avenue, Fort Collins, Colorado, 80521 in the original packaging and with a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your refund has been confirmed by the store, and we receive the purchased item, we will process the refund. A credit will be applied to your credit card.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account or credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is posted. While we submit the refund within 24 hours of receiving the returned item, processing times can vary.

Our exchange policy is the same as our refund policy. If you prefer to exchange a product and it meets our refund qualifications, we will be happy to send a replacement product and provide credit for the value of the product you are returning. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email.
